What is SRB?
- Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) are microorganisms that have the ability to produce corrosive sulphide which can, in turn cause a variety of issues for many industrial sectors – such as the corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and masonry, discoloration of metal fluids and the production of foul-smelling gases.
