  ○ The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• Services:
  ○ If you are not satisfied with any service, you may request a refund within 3 days of the service completion.
  ○ Refunds for services are subject to a review of the circumstances surrounding the request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the customer.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

3. Once we receive your returned product or approve your service refund request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• In the case of defective products or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
• If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
