The Coconut Protein Rapid kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed for screening for the presence of coconut protein residues in food products, ingredients, clean in place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swabs.
A control line assures the test is working properly, and the other two lines outline nondetectable, low, and high levels of coconut protein.
