The test kit features a three-line indicator system: one line confirms the test is operating correctly, while the remaining two lines show whether gliadin levels are absent, low, or high. This 3-D readout format offers improved clarity and confidence in allergen screening.

Although some food ingredients may be suitable for evaluation with the Reveal® 3-D format, a more comprehensive assay—such as Veratox® for Gliadin R5—is generally recommended for ingredient testing due to its broader inclusivity.
