Veratox® for Coconut Allergen is intended for the full quantitative analysis or simple screening of coconut protein residues on surfaces, clean-in-place rinses, and in food products such as beverages, cookies, crackers, chocolate bars, ice cream, and cereals. The test provides food processors with a method to easily determine if an ingredient or product has been subjected to cross-contact with coconut residue. It can also be used to screen environmental swabs.
