Veratox for Gliadin is used for the quantitative analysis of prolamins (wheat gliadin, rye secalin, and barley hordein) in ingredients, environmental surfaces, clean-in-place rinses, and finished food products intended to be prolamins (gluten) free. It can also be used to screen environmental swabs.
